Visual Attendance Tracker gives you an instant visual display of an employee's attendance over a full year, with excused vs. unexcused incidents color-coded for instant identification. Scroll back through previous years. Click on any incident and instantly display the details, including department, type of incident (tardy, absent, personal day, partial hours, etc.), reason (accident, court appearance, comp time, etc). Context-sensitive HELP makes it a breeze to learn the program.

Print a full report on any employee or department, for any time period you choose. Do the entire company if you like. Just Click the "Print" button and fill in the date range, for a complete screen preview of the print job. Page through it on the screen if you like, then send it to your printer.
